MOD Creative Studio is a modern, luxury content studio in Leominster, Massachusetts designed for photographers, content creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Our space can be used for photography sessions, video content, podcasts, meetings, workshops, and small events.

After entering through the front door we are the first unit on the left. The door is labeled for your finding.

Need a booking outside of these hours? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Keep in mind the other businesses in the building run from 9am-5pm M-F.

All bookings can be made directly through our website. Simply choose your desired date and time and complete your reservation online.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own equipment in addition to using ours. We are located on the first floor for easy access while carrying your equipment.

Yes! The studio offers beautiful natural light throughout the day, making it ideal for photography and content creation.

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled booking unless otherwise arranged.

Yes. Your reservation time includes:

Yes! Free parking is available directly in front of the building as well as on the right side of the building.

Please be respectful of neighboring businesses and only use designated parking areas.

The studio uses a lockbox system.

Your unique access code will be sent prior to your booking and will only work during your reserved time.

If the building’s front doors are locked, please let us know and instructions will be provided.

Yes the studio has it’s own Wifi - connection instructions will be provided upon booking.

Yes! We have a Sony camera available to rent for an additional fee.

If you plan to rent the camera, please be prepared to either:

Option 1: Bring your own laptop to upload your content and remove it from the camera before leaving the studio.

Option 2: Bring your own SD card to insert into the camera during your session and take it home with you to upload your content later.

Please note that all photos and videos must be removed from the studio's SD card before the end of your booking. MOD Creative Studio is not responsible for storing, backing up, or retrieving any content left on the camera after your session.
